He won't always be right, but with each new observation he will understand the vagaries of the weather better. It was like magic. At the same time, I took advantage of a simple knowledge of the wind, which turned to the left around the center of the pressure below, which was practically above us. Thanks to that, I knew quite precisely when the wind would get stronger, weaker and when it would turn. Sailing on sails was quite calm, despite the ominous clouds around the horizon. But it seemed like magic to the others, and I spent the rest of the week basking in their admiration. It was very pleasant. I have always become a wind expert for the crew.
